Welcome to my webpage!

My name is Md Rejaul Haque. I go by the pronouns he/him/his, and my nickname is Kawshik. I was born and raised in Bangladesh. Currently, I am a Ph.D. student and graduate teaching assistant in the Department of Journalism and Media Communication at CSU, where I teach strategic writing and communication.
I recently completed my M.A. in Communication Studies from Minnesota State University, Mankato, where my thesis was titled “Mental Health Challenges and Resilience Among International Graduate Students in the United States.” I aspire to work at the intersection of health communication, media, and strategic communication.
I hold a B.S.S. (2009) and M.S.S. (2010) in government and politics from Jahangirnagar University, Bangladesh. With 15 years of experience in journalism as a reporter in Bangladesh, I was a top business reporter, primarily covering the country’s graft-ridden banking and financial sector, producing some of the most hard-hitting investigative reports. After completing my Ph.D., I am interested in joining a university as a faculty member.
